Manufacturer’s Suggested Usage
Add 3 scoops (1 serving) of Lean Gainer into 8 oz. of ice water, juice or milk, and mix thoroughly in a blender or shaker. Over blending causes foaming. Blending for 5-10 seconds is sufficient. Take immediately after workouts. For optimum results drink 2 additional servings per day, 1 hour before training and before bed.
